Mary Morgan of Chelsfield dated 23 July 1844

Abstract of the will of Mary Morgan of Chelsfield widow dated 23 July 1844.
   Memorandum – I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Coleborn after my decease all my wardrobe linen and all my other property whatsoever and wheresoever for her sole and separate use and benefit.
   Mary X Morgan: Witnesses William Morgan, Ann North.
   Affidavit made in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury – In the goods of Mary Morgan widow deceased appeared personally William Morgan of Chelsfield farmer and made oath that he is one of the subscribed witnesses to the execution of the last will and testament of Mary Morgan late of Chelsfield widow deceased and written on a half sheet of paper and now hereto annexed bearing date 23 July 1844 and further made oath that she duly executed the said will by making her mark at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this Deponent and of Ann North the other subscribed witness thereto both of whom were present at the same time.
   William Morgan sworn as to the truth of his affidavit before A. T.[?] Bayford solicitor: Edward F. Jenner Notary Public.
3 December 1846 – Administration with will annexed granted to Elizabeth Coleborn wife of Thomas Coleborn the daughter and universal legatee.
