Abstract of will from Chelsfield proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury Geoffrey Copus.2005

William Woodstocke of Chelsfield dated 11 March 15th James

Abstract of the will of William Woodstocke of Chelsfield yeoman dated 11 March 15 James I.
   To be buried in Chelsfield churchyard.
   I give to Elizabeth Woodstocke my daughter five shillings.
   I give to Agnes Woodstocke my daughter my white grymble [?] face cow.
   I give to John Woodstocke my son my brown faced cow and all my corn.
   I give all residue of goods and chattels to my son John and my daughter Agnes equally "whom I do make my sole Executrix."
   I desire my good friends William Brasier and John Wakelyn the elder of Chelsfield to be Overseers of my will.
   William X Woodstocke witnesses George Manning George Smyth parson of Chelsfield Alexander Ellis curate of Farnborough.
Proved 16 February 1619 by John and Agnes Woodstocke, the son and daughter.  [PCC will PROB11/136]
