Hamond, Thomas Maye, Andrew Webster. Wife to have my tenement with six
acres of ground for her life, then to Sara and her heirs, except one acre
to be sold for 40s., and the money disposed in Herne church for my soul,
Margery my wife, and all Christian souls.
