IN THE NAME OF GOD
AMEN the twelthe day of October Ao 1642
in the eighteenth yeare of the raigne of our Souveraigne Lord King
Charles that now is of England Etc I JOHN ALDRIDGE if the
Cittie of Rochester in the County of Kent Shipwright being sick and
weake in bodie but of good and perfect mynde and memory doe make this my
last will and testament as followeth vizt first I
Committ my soule to Allmighty God my Creator And my bodie to be buried
at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named And
as concerning the disposition of such worldly substance as it hath
pleased God to blesse mee withall I dispose the same as followeth Imprimis
my will is that all that my lease of all that my messuage or tenement
with the backside gardens with the appurts in the occupation of ANTHONY
MEDCALFE or his Assignes situate in St. Patrick's Streete neere
the Cittie of Dublin in Ireland shall be sold by my Executors hereafter
named And the money thereof arising
my debts first paid I give and
bequeath to my Mother ALICE HUGHES my brothers AUGUSTINE
ALDRIDGE WILLIAM ALDRIDGE the elder WILLIAM ALDRIDGE
the younger AMBROSE ALDRIDGE and my brother in lawe WILLIAM
PASKE equally to be divided among them It I give and bequeath
unto ELIZABETH PASKE my Sister the summe of five shillings
Item I nominate and appoint my brothers AUGUSTINE ALDRIDGE
WILLIAM ALDRIDGE and my brother in lawe WILLIAM PASKE
Executors of this my last will and testament In
witness whereof I the sayd JOHN ALDRIDGE have hereto set
my hand and seale the day and yeare aforesayd JOHN ALDRIDGE
Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testator to be his last will
and testament in the presence of us RO. HEATH
RICHARD MARCHAN Sig JO WARDEN
