Samuel FINCH JEFFERY  1850

Brompton in the parish of Gillingham in the County of Kent August 3rd 1847 
This is to certify that I SAMUEL FINCH JEFFERY of Brompton in the parish of Gillingham and in the County of Kent being in proper good state of health and of sound mind do will and bequeath to JANE JEFFERY my lawful Wife at my decease all my public and private Property furniture and effects for her sole use disposal as she thinks proper As witness my hand this third day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty seven Signed SAMUEL FINCH JEFFERY Witness ROBERT AVIS NICHOLAS ERIDGE? JAMES EDWARD LINES

Affidavit 11th January 1850
ROBERT AVIS of Mansion Court Wood Street Old Brompton Shipwright, is sworn and confirms that JEFFERY signed the will at the same time that he and the other witnesses witnessed the will.
