Parish of Ash next Wrotham aforesaid for the time being or for any of them to enter into or upon the said premises so charged with the payment thereof as aforesaid or into and upon any part of them and to distrain for the said Annuity last mentioned or any part thereof which shall so happen to be in arrear And the distress and the distresses there found to lead drive take or carry away impound detain or keep sell or dispose of until the said Annuity and all arrears thereof and all costs charges damages and expenses had or sustained by reason of the non payment thereof be fully paid and satisfied Nevertheless my will and mind is and I do hereby declare the same to be that the last said mentioned Annuity so given to the Churchwardens and Overseers and their successors aforesaid is so given unto them the several trusts and to and for the several uses and intents and purposes HEREINAFTER limited expressed declared and appointed of and concerning the same (that is to 

 say) Upon trust that they the said Churchwardens and Overseers and their successors shall and do yearly and for every year ever lay out and spend Twenty shillings buying of so much good and wholesome and new bread to be distributed yearly on Good Friday for ever at the Parish Church of Ash aforesaid immediately after Divine Service in the forenoon by the Minister officiating and by such of the Parishioners then present as shall pay church and poor rates in the said Parish unto and among the poor people of the said Parish of Ash as shall attend Divine Service And to such other of the poor of the said Parish as the said Minister and such parishioners shall think fit And upon further trust that the said Churchwardens and Overseers and their successors shall and do yearly and every year for ever lay out and expend the sum of Ten shillings other part of the last mentioned Annuity for the necessary entertainment of
