rented or imposed or to be taxed rented or
imposed upon or in respect of the same or upon the premises
charged therewith by authority of Parliament or otherwise
howsoever the first payment to begin and be made on Michaelmas-day
now next ensuing and in case the said annuity or yearly rent
charge of ten pounds ten shillings or any part thereof shall
happen to be behind or unpaid by the space of twenty one days
next over or after either of the said half yearly days of
payment whereon the same is appointed and ought to be paid as
aforesaid THEN and so often and from time to time it shall and
may be lawful to and for the said parties of the second part and
the survivors and the survivors of them and the heirs and
assigns of each survivor into and upon the said Messuage Lands
and Hereditaments charged with the payment thereof as aforesaid
or into and upon any part thereof to enter and distrain for the
said annuity or yearly rent charge of Ten pounds and Ten
shillings and all arrears thereof and the distress |

and the distresses then and there found to
take impound and keep or otherwise dispose of according to law
until the said annuity or yearly rent charge and all arrears
thereof and all costs charges and expenses occasioned by the non
payment thereof shall be full paid and satisfied AND it is
hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said parties
hereto that the Grant of the said annuity or rent charge is so
made by the said James Lance to the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns as aforesaid UPON the several
TRUSTS and to and for the ends intents and purposes and under
and subject to the provisos Conditions and Agreements herein
after expressed and declared of and concerning the same (that is
to say) UPON TRUST that they the said parties of the second part
and the survivors and survivor of them and the Heirs and Assigns
of such survivor and all future Trustees to |
