WHITFELD

William Whitfeld, elder, of Ashford, surgeon        PRC17 - 111/290
29 December, 1835


in accordance with marriage settlement -
     business as surgeon and apothecary to sons Henry and Frederick William  - 
                 2/3rds of profits for five years to Henry
                 1/3rd to Frederick

    then equally

Copy and freehold estate to son Frederick and son-in-law Walter Stunt of Sevington. farmer,
   as trustees, to carry on my business as grazier, for benefit of children other than Henry and Frederick.

All estate vested in me as trustee  -   to William Cruttenden, of Ashford, gent.

Exors :  sons William and Henry Whitfeld, and daughter Mary Ann Whitfeld.

Witness : Alfred Briggs, Jno. Rogers, C.M.Dawes, clerk to Mr.Cruttenden, solicitor.

Probate  :  8 May, 1838  to executors.
