        Abstract of the will of Amy Brooker of Chelsfield
        spinster dated 28 August 1841.
           I give £400 £3% Consolidated Bank Annuities to Thomas
        Mosyer of Orpington gentleman, William Key of Maiden Lane, London
        gentleman and Edward Chapman of Crouch Farm, St. Mary Cray gentleman
        upon Trust to pay the dividends for the benefit of my brother Joseph
        Chapman Brooker for life.
           After his death, to transfer the said Annuities to whoever
        my said brother shall nominate by will or deed, and in the absence of
        such direction to divide the principal equally between my brother Samuel
        Brooker and my sisters Mary Brooker and Jane Brooker as tenants in
        common.
           I give to my brother Samuel Brooker £300 like Annuities,
        to my sister Elisabeth Key £100 like Annuities, to Mary Brooker Key her
        daughter £100 like Annuities, and to Edward Chapman, son of the said
        Edward Chapman of Crouch Farm, the sum of nineteen guineas.
           I give all residue to my sisters Mary and Jane Brooker and
        their heirs equally as tenants in common.
           On the death of either of my Trustees the survivor may
        appoint a new Trustee.
           I appoint my brother Samuel Brooker and my sisters Mary and
        Jane Brooker as my Executor and Executrices.
           Amy Brooker witnesses Jas: Fuller Madox, Solr: Foots Cray
        Hannah Payne, servant to Miss Brooker.
        Proved 21 January 1842 by Samuel Brooker with power reserved to Mary and
        Jane Brooker.
