        Abstract of the will of Thomas Brooker of Chelsfield
        victualler dated 4 March 1842.
           I give to my wife Harriot Brooker the use and enjoyment of
        all my household goods, furniture, stock in trade or thereto belonging,
        and also the interest of all my monies in the funds and securities for
        money, debts due and owing to me and all other my personal estate and
        effects for her lifetime.
           After her death all my estate is to be divided equally
        among all my children, that is to say Robert, Sarah and William Brooker
        equally, but in case any should die in my wife’s lifetime his or her
        share is to go equally to the survivors or their respective heirs.
           I appoint my wife to be Executrix.

        Proved 4 May 1855 by Harriot Brooker widow the relict.
