        1741
        Abstract of the will of Michael Petty, clerk, Rector
        of Chelsfield and Farnborough, dated 16 July 1741.
           I give to my niece Anne Petty and her heirs for ever a
        messuage or tenement and lands containing about 4 acres at Plextole (Plaxtol)
        in Wrotham, late in the occupation of Mr. Thomas Baldwyn deceased,
        formerly in that of William Eversfield deceased.
           I give several closes, pieces or parcels of land at
        Plextole containing about 20 acres, late in the occupation of Thomas
        Baldwyn and a messuage or tenement and 30 acres of land at Plextole now
        or late in the occupation of Thomas Gooden to my loving brother John
        Petty for life. At his death these properties are to go to my niece
        Elizabeth Petty and her heirs for ever.
           I give to my sister Anne Walter £10 for mourning.
           I leave all residue of money, goods, chattels and personal
        estate to the said John, Anne and Elizabeth Petty equally, and I appoint
        them as my Executors.

        Proved 19 February 1752 by Elizabeth Quilter formerly Petty, now the
        wife of William Quilter.
