Pedes Finium - Feet of Fines 1196-1199 Richard I

   Unde placitum fuit inter eos in Curia prefata, scilicet quod predicti WARINUS et MABILIA concesserunt eidem ROHAISIE, terciam partem totius predicti molendini, tenendam in dotem, in totam vitam ejusdem ROHAISIE, per servicium vicesime partis j militis, de illis et de heredibus suis. Et eadem ROHAISIA sustinebit custamenta tercie partis predicti molendini. Et post decessum ipsius ROHAISIE, predicta tercia pars predicti molendini revertetur ad predictos WARINUM et MABILIAM et ad neredes suos.
