Yongestreet, a piece of land at Stockgrove, one acre at

wood called Southwak to son John and his heirs for ever. Two acres of land
at Rokkingcove, three virgates adjoining at Riverye, and three acres at
Downegrove, to be sold for best price, and the money to provide a chaplain
in the Parish Church for one year, for my soul and all the faithful
