the said parties of the second part to be issuing and payable for ever out of and from the Messuage Lands and Hereditaments hereinafter particularly mentioned and described upon the trusts and for the good and charitable ends intents and purposes herein after mentioned NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that for and towards effectuating the intensions herein before first mentioned and also in consideration of the sum of ten shillings of lawful money of Great Britain to the said James Lance in hand paid by the same parties of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery these presents the receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged HE the said James Lance HATH granted bargained and sold and by these precepts DOTH grant bargain and sell the said Thomas Bowdler, James Wade, William Hodsall, Charles Whitehead and John Rogers their heirs and assigns ALL THAT plott or piece of ground lying at Turners Oak in the Parish

of Ash aforesaid in the said County of Kent whereon two Messuages tenements or Alms Houses (to be used as four dwellings) have lately been erected and built with the gardens and appurtenances thereto adjoining and belonging togetherwith all houses edifices buildings yards gardens ways paths passages water watercourses privileges profits commod-ities emoluments hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to and the said messuage tenements or alms houses ground and premises belonging or in any wise appertaining or therewith held used occupied or enjoyed as part parcel or member thereof AND the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders yearly and other rents issues and profits thereof and profits thereof and of every part thereof AND all the estate right title interest use trust property claim and demand whatsoever at law and in equity of him the said James Lance of in to and out of the same and
