pay church and poor rates in the said Parish of Ash as shall then attend divine service AND to such other of the poor of the said Parish as the said Minister and such Parishioners shall think fit AND UPON FURTHER TRUST that the said trustees shall and do yearly and every year lay out and expend the sum of forty shillings other part of the said annuity or yearly rent charge in the purchase of blankets to be distributed at Michaelmas yearly by the Minister Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish for the time being unto and amongst such of the poor people of the said Parish of Ash as they may think fit AND UPON FURTHER TRUST that the said trustees respectively shall and do pay and distribute the yearly sum of Ten shillings being the remainder of the said Annuity or yearly rent charge unto and amongst such poor children of the said Parish of Ash as may usually attend at the Church of Ash aforesaid during Lent to say the church catechism

the same to be distributed by and at the discretion of the Minister of the said Parish of Ash for the time being on the Sunday after Easter for ever PROVIDED ALWAYS and it is hereby declared directed and agreed by and between the said parties hereto that it shall and may be lawful to and for the said trustees parties hereto or the survivors or survivor of them and all future trustees to be appointed as herein after mentioned if they shall think fit to pay the said annuity or yearly sum of Ten pounds Ten shillings as the same shall become due and payable into the hands of the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Ash for the time being to be by them applied and disposed of for the several good and charitable purposes herein before mentioned PROVIDED ALSO and it is hereby further declared directed and agreed that the said trustees respectively with the rector churchwarden and overseers of the poor of the
