that they the said trustees respectively do and shall from time to time and at all times hereafter when need shall be at the request in writing at the said James Lance in his life and after his decease or the Rector Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Ash for the time being to commence and prosecute (if necessary) one or more action or actions of rejection or trespass against any one or more of the occupiers of the said Alms Houses who may happen to be guilty of any gross immoral indecent or offensive conduct and by due process of law to eject her or them there from AND IS HEREBY declared and agreed by and between the said parties hereto that the said trustees respectively do and shall when and as soon as there is a vacancy shall happen by death removal or otherwise in any of the said Alms Houses with the appurtenances to put and to place them AT THE NOMINATION at the said James Lance during his life and after his decease at the nomination of the

Rector Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Ash and a member of the Church of England and so from time to time as often as vacancies shall happen do and shall in like manner cause the same to be supplied as soon as possible with some other aged or infirm widows being poor sober and orderly Parishioners or Inhabitants of the said Parish and members of the Church of England who shall respectively continue to dwell and reside Alms Houses while they shall behave themselves well soberly and orderly therein and as to the said James Lance during his life and after his decease as to the Rector Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Ash for the time being the major part shall seem proper and so that a continuation or succession of four such poor widows to be placed and reside in such Alms Houses may be kept up for ever AND THIS INDENTURE FURTHER WHITNESSETH that for effectuating the intentions of the said James Lance
